1. God repeatedly told us not to change his word:
(Deut 4:2)
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
(Prov 30:6)
Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
(Rev 22:18)
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
(Rev 22:19)
And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
2. Okay. Let's assume that Benny Hinn is a prophet. He is a man of God and the Holy Spirit is on him. So I ask you: When Benny Hinn spoke on behalf of the Holy Ghost saying that Fidel Castro would die in the 1990's, who was lying – Benny Hinn or the Holy Ghost? (The video/audio clips of this are available in many places.) God's prophets were never wrong.
3. Benny Hinn prophesied emphatically that God said he would destroy the homosexual community in America by the mid-1990's. On the basis of the evidence that the homosexual community is more powerful today than it ever was, is God a liar, or is Benny Hinn a liar and a false prophet for claiming to speak in God's name something that did not come to pass? (Again, audio/video of this is available in many places)
4. Dozens more of these types of false prophecies/teachings are available. Benny Hinn habitually claims that the Holy Ghost spoke to him and he proceeds to reveal what he was told.
5. God's prophets were never wrong. They were always 100% accurate. On the basis of these prophecies alone, is Benny Hinn a true prophet of God, or a false prophet?
